How Our Process Works
Design Phase
We assist clients via email, text & phone to come up with the perfect bespoke design that suits your personal preferences. Modify one of our previous designs, or send inspirational images to show us the look you want.
All colors possible. Choose any fabric you want or leave that up to our design team. Pick a size from our chart or submit personal measurements taken by your local tailor.
Production Time
Once the design is finalized we proceed into cutting & production of the garment. Depending on the intricacy of the design this takes approximately 6–9 months. Faster rush orders in as little as 2 months are also possible for a fee.
When our design team feels your custom garment is close to perfection, we reach out so we can begin to arrange your balance.
Final Product
We do not send pictures of unfinished products. We prefer the client to have their first opinion of the final product — actually on their body — in person instead of via a photograph.
Normally the design matches all of your preferences & references. If there is ever an issue with the product we take care of it immediately. Alterations, when needed, are easily handled by your local tailor.

Communicate what you want on the order form, pick from our size chart or submit personal measurements, send your order forms & 50% deposit to start production, then we request your final balance when the item is almost done and ship shortly after.
Made-to-order starts at $800. We average around $1,500. Heavily embellished designs are usually near $2,500. We offer À La Carte pricing (50% non-refundable cutting fee deposit) or all-inclusive Flat Fee pricing requested upfront.
Standard orders take approximately 6–9 months. Allow us 12 months and get 10% off. Rush orders are available: 4 months (10% fee), 3 months (15%), 2 months (20%), or 1 month (25%).
We are an online-only business — hence our pricing. Face-to-face assistance is not offered. Our simple mail-order process is handled via phone, email, fax, text or mail. Everything we do is made to order, specific to the client.
Yes. We can replicate any bridal gown or evening dress using any picture you have as inspiration, with any changes you like. Our only limitations are a client’s price range or time frame — the more time we have, the closer we can get to the original.
We will fix any error we make. If you do not like what you ordered, we will re-stock it for merchandise credit toward a revised or different item. Re-stocking fees apply. No refund on custom items — merchandise credit only. Claims must be made within 24 hours. Satisfaction guaranteed.
