We design and provide special occasion black halter evening gowns for women of all sizes.  This particular design has a high collar that is embellished with larger sized pointed back rhinestones.  The open back is daring.  There is a small cowl at the base of the back from dramatic flare.  This can of course be eliminated from the design if you choose.
