Red Strapless Fit-and-Flare ball Gowns

Ruching is pulled into a vertical line on the fitted section that curves around the shape of the figure.  The gown then flares out above the knee and just under the hip.  The ruffled effect can be made more or less full. A train can be easily added as well.
