This is one of our blue velvet evening dresses that was designed for a pageant competition.  However this elegant gown can be used for many different formal functions.  The strapless neckline can be made however you like.  There is a small train on this style which can be made to any length.  When you click on the image to zoom you will see there are crystals and various sizes of bugle beads that make up the encrusted mid waist section of this heavily beaded evening gown.
